eSIMwithCrypto sells data-only travel eSIMs from $0.89, paid in crypto at the exact price of each order. Credits on the balance never expire and are not refundable. No ID at checkout. 1. Who provides the service, and what do these Terms cover?

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and eSIMGoat LLC, registered in Panama, which operates eSIMwithCrypto. “We” and “us” mean eSIMGoat LLC. “You” means the holder of an eSIMwithCrypto account.

The Terms cover the website esimwithcrypto.com, its client area, and the eSIMs and data top-ups bought there. By paying for an eSIM or a data top-up, you accept these Terms. Three documents form part of them:

You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live.

2. What does eSIMwithCrypto provide?

eSIMwithCrypto provides data-only eSIM profiles for travel. An eSIM gives your phone mobile data on the networks of the country you visit, in roaming. It has no phone number: no calls and no SMS.

  • Local plans for 23 countries, a Europe eSIM for 49 countries and a Global eSIM for 202 countries.
  • Plan formats with a data amount or a daily fair use, and a validity in days, listed on the pricing page.
  • Extra data for plans marked Top-up: data top-ups are added to the eSIM already on your phone, with nothing to install again.

Each eSIM is for one phone. You use it at your own pace within its validity and its data.

3. How does my account work?

Your account is a 16-digit account number created at payment, with no email needed. The account number is your login: it opens My eSIMs, your QR codes and your balance. Keep it private.

  • Protection: you can add a password and two-factor authentication in Account settings, so that the number alone is not enough to log in.
  • Email: optional. It is used for receipts, reminders and the recovery of a lost account number. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for everything done with your account number.

We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. If anyone asks for them in our name, it is not us. Opening a new account to continue after a suspension for misuse breaches these Terms.

4. What does no ID at checkout mean?

We never ask for an ID document, a selfie, proof of address or any other document at checkout, whatever the amount. This is part of these Terms.

No ID at checkout is a private checkout, subject to mobile-network and blockchain records. The local network still sees your device (IMEI) and approximate location. An eSIM does not encrypt your traffic, and crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains.

Local registration laws target local SIM cards; we found no rule that targets travel eSIMs in roaming (checked October 9, 2026). Countries can still have other rules, and you must follow the law of the country you visit.

5. How do payments and the balance work?

At checkout, you pay the exact price of your order in crypto, with no minimum and no top-up. Prices are in US dollars. The cart allows up to 10 different plans per order, and up to 10 eSIMs of each plan. Once the payment is confirmed, the eSIMs are bought.

The balance only holds credits, such as an eSIM that was not installed or that we could not deliver. Credits are used first at checkout, so you pay only the missing amount. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new eSIMs and top-ups, but it is not refundable.

We accept crypto only, on the networks in the table below. A payment is confirmed after the number of network confirmations shown.

Accepted coins and networks

USDTTron (TRC-20)20
USDTEthereum (ERC-20)12
USDCEthereum (ERC-20)12

How a payment works:

  • Exact network. Send the coin on the network shown on the payment page. Funds sent on another network may be lost.
  • Exact amount. Send the amount shown for your order, in one transfer. If your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, add it so that at least this amount arrives.
  • Rate. The exchange rate is locked for the time shown on the payment page.
  • Network fee. You pay the network fee of your own transaction, on top of the price.
  • No reversal. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by the sender. Check the coin, the network, the address and the amount before you send.

We do not accept Monero, Bitcoin Lightning, BNB Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, USDC on Solana, cards, PayPal or bank transfers. Deposit addresses are shown only on the payment page of the client area, never by email.

6. How are prices set and changed?

Prices are in US dollars, the same in every accepted coin, and listed on the pricing page and in pricing.json.

  • The price that applies is the one shown when you pay. A later change never applies to an eSIM or a data top-up you have already paid.
  • Reviews: prices are reviewed monthly, together with a check of competitor prices.
  • Changes are dated in the changelog.

7. How are eSIMs delivered and installed?

After your payment is confirmed, the eSIM is prepared. Its QR code, SM-DP+ address and activation code appear in My eSIMs, usually a few minutes after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

  • Your phone: it must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. You confirm this at checkout. An eSIM cannot be moved to another phone once installed.
  • One phone, one installation: the QR code works once, on one phone, and a deleted eSIM cannot be installed again. Do not delete the eSIM from your phone; turn the line off instead.
  • Before you leave: install the eSIM on Wi-Fi, then turn the line on and allow data roaming when you arrive.
  • China and Turkey: install the eSIM before entering either country. On supported iPhones bought in mainland China, Apple restricts installing foreign-carrier eSIMs while in mainland China; buying or installing in Turkey may fail.
  • Keep the codes private: whoever installs them first uses your data.

If an eSIM cannot be delivered, its price is credited back to your balance.

8. When do the validity and the data end?

As stated in My eSIMs, the validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination. The eSIM then works until the end of its validity, or until its data is used up, whichever comes first.

Data usage in My eSIMs comes from the network. Note that data usage is reported by the network with a delay of up to a few hours. On plans marked Top-up, you can add data to the same eSIM.

9. What does fair use mean on unlimited plans?

Unlimited plans give 2 GB per day at full speed, then reduced speed until the next day. The cap applies every day of the validity, and it is shown next to each unlimited plan in our price tables.

Data shared with other devices through hotspot counts against the same daily cap.

10. What is not guaranteed?

eSIMs run on the local networks of the country you visit. As a result:

  • Coverage depends on those networks and on where you are.
  • Speed is not guaranteed. Speeds measured for local subscribers, such as Ookla's, can be higher than what a roaming eSIM gets.
  • 5G is not guaranteed, and it is not confirmed per country yet.
  • Hotspot is not guaranteed. The hotspot rule of each plan is not published yet: ask support before relying on it.
  • Access to apps and services can be limited by local networks or local law. For example, WhatsApp and FaceTime calls are blocked on UAE networks.

The country through which your traffic reaches the internet is not published yet for each plan.

11. Which laws apply where I use the eSIM?

The laws of the country you visit apply to your use of the eSIM, as they apply to any phone there. You are responsible for following them.

We do not promise access to any app or service that a country restricts, and our eSIMs are not a tool to evade local rules. In China, for example, local laws apply, and we do not promise access to Google or WhatsApp.

12. Which uses are not allowed?

Our eSIMs are for lawful travel and data use. The Acceptable Use Policy bans, in particular:

  • fraud and scams;
  • SIM farms;
  • reselling our eSIMs without our written agreement;
  • spam;
  • attacks on networks or systems;
  • illegal content;
  • evading lawful requirements, such as sanctions.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

13. When can eSIMwithCrypto suspend an eSIM or an account?

We can suspend the service of an eSIM, or close an account, when it breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We act on evidence. Reports of misuse go to [email protected]. Opening a new account to continue after a suspension breaches these Terms.

14. What is the refund rule?

The rule: an eSIM that is not installed, or that we cannot deliver, is credited back to your balance; an installed eSIM is not refundable. Refunds go to your eSIMwithCrypto balance, never back to a wallet. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, and it pays for new eSIMs and top-ups, but it is not refundable.

Check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked before you buy. Full rules: refunds and balance.

15. Can these Terms change?

Yes. When we change these Terms, the new version shows its update date at the top of this page. The change is also listed in the changelog. The new version applies from that date. An eSIM you have already paid keeps the plan you bought.

16. How do I contact eSIMwithCrypto?

Support: [email protected], or a ticket in the client area. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week, including help with installing and activating your eSIM. Misuse reports: [email protected]. More on the contact page.
