Quick answer

What is not allowed with an eSIMwithCrypto eSIM?

eSIMwithCrypto sells data-only travel eSIMs, paid in crypto with no ID at checkout, for lawful use while you travel. Seven uses are banned: fraud, SIM farms, resale without our written agreement, spam, attacks on networks or systems, illegal content, and evading lawful requirements. Breaches can lead to suspension of the eSIM or closure of the account. Report misuse to [email protected].

1. Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to every eSIMwithCrypto account, eSIM and data top-up. It also covers anyone you allow to use your eSIMs, such as a travel companion. You are responsible for what is done with them.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If the two documents differ on a point, the stricter rule applies. “We” and “us” mean eSIMGoat LLC, registered in Panama, which operates eSIMwithCrypto.

2. What can I use an eSIMwithCrypto eSIM for?

Any lawful use of mobile data while you travel, including:

  • Getting around: maps, ride-hailing, transport and booking apps.
  • Staying in touch: messaging apps, email, and video calls where the country allows them.
  • Working on the road: browsing, cloud apps, and hotspot where your plan allows it. Ask support first: the hotspot rule of each plan is not published yet.
  • Several phones for a family or a group: buy one eSIM per phone, each with its own QR code.

Paying in crypto and buying without ID are lawful choices, not signs of misuse.

3. What is banned?

You may not use an eSIMwithCrypto eSIM, or let anyone else use it, for the seven uses below:

  1. Fraud and scams: deceiving people or businesses to take money or data, or taking over accounts that are not yours.
  2. SIM farms: running eSIMs in racks, modems or banks of phones to create accounts in bulk, fake traffic or relay other people's connections.
  3. Resale without our agreement: selling or renting our eSIMs or their data as a service, without our written agreement.
  4. Spam: sending unsolicited bulk messages, emails or calls through apps, from an eSIM's connection.
  5. Attacks: denial-of-service attacks, hacking, malware distribution, or scanning networks without permission.
  6. Illegal content: child sexual abuse material, and content or trade that is illegal where you are, such as illegal drugs or weapons.
  7. Evading lawful requirements: evading sanctions, using travel eSIMs as a resident to avoid local SIM registration, or ignoring a lawful order.

No plan covers Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan or Yemen.

4. Which laws apply when I use the eSIM abroad?

The laws of the country you visit apply to your use of the eSIM, as they apply to any phone there. Some countries restrict apps or services: WhatsApp and FaceTime calls, for example, are blocked on UAE networks.

We do not promise access to any app or service that a country restricts. In China, local laws apply. Our eSIMs are for travel, not a tool to evade local rules.

5. How does eSIMwithCrypto enforce this policy?

We act on evidence. When an eSIM or an account breaches this policy, we can:

  • suspend the service of the eSIM concerned;
  • close the account, for serious or repeated breaches.

Opening a new account to continue after a suspension breaches this policy and our Terms of Service.

6. How do I report misuse of an eSIM?

Email [email protected]. Include the time (UTC), what happened and any evidence you can share. If the eSIM is yours, add the order reference. Do not send illegal material: describe it and give its location instead.

Logged-in customers can also open a ticket with the topic Report abuse in the client area.

7. Can this policy change?

Yes. When we change this policy, the new version shows its update date at the top of this page. The change is also listed in the changelog. The new version applies from that date.
