What eSIMwithCrypto processes to sell and run your eSIMs, who else can see data about your connection, and what you can change or delete.

Quick answer

What data does eSIMwithCrypto process?

eSIMwithCrypto asks for no ID, no name and no card. To sell and run your eSIMs, it processes your 16-digit account number, an optional email, your orders and data top-ups. It also processes eSIM identifiers such as the ICCID, payment amounts, transaction IDs, support messages and your IP address. Crypto payments are public on blockchains, and mobile networks see your device and location. We do not sell data.

What does eSIMwithCrypto never ask for?

We never ask for your name, postal address, phone number, ID document or selfie, and never for card or bank details. An email is optional, for receipts, reminders and account recovery.

We never ask for your account number or your eSIM activation code (QR code) by email or chat. Support never asks for your password, your two-factor codes or a wallet private key either.

What can mobile networks see when I use the eSIM?

More than we do, and outside our control. A travel eSIM works in roaming, so two kinds of operators carry your connection:

  • The visited network is the local operator your phone connects to. It sees your device identifier (IMEI), the SIM identity of the eSIM and your approximate location, from its cell towers.
  • The operator that issued the eSIM profile carries your traffic in roaming. It can see traffic metadata, such as times, data volumes and the servers your phone connects to.
  • Your own operator also sees that you are roaming abroad, if your usual SIM stays on.

An eSIM does not encrypt your traffic. Use HTTPS and a VPN if you need encryption. Local laws apply to the networks of the country you visit.

What do crypto payments reveal?

Blockchains are public: anyone can see the amount, the time and the addresses of a transaction. We match your payment to your order by its exact amount; the transaction and its ID (TXID) are public on the blockchain.

If you pay from an exchange account, that exchange keeps its own records of the withdrawal. We receive no card or bank details, because we accept crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.

No ID at checkout is a private checkout, subject to mobile-network and blockchain records.

Does eSIMwithCrypto sell or share data?

We do not sell or rent your data.

We share eSIM identifiers with the mobile operators that issue and carry your eSIM, because the service cannot work without them. Our hosting provider processes connection data, such as your IP address, to serve the site.

When you pay in BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC, your browser fetches public exchange rates from Coinbase or CoinGecko, which see your IP address. With USDT or USDC, your browser makes no such request.

Product news emails are off unless you turn them on in Account settings.

What happens when I delete my account?

You can delete your account from Account settings in the client area. Then:

  • you lose access to your eSIMs' QR codes and data top-ups; installed eSIMs keep working until they expire;
  • any credits left on your balance are lost, because credits are not refundable;
  • your email, password and two-factor settings are erased;
  • order and data top-up records are kept only as long as accounting law requires, without your email.

While your account exists, your orders, data top-ups and credits stay available in the client area. Transactions on public blockchains cannot be erased by anyone.

What can I change?

In Account settings, you can:

  • add, change or remove your email;
  • set a password and turn on two-factor authentication;
  • choose email notifications: payment receipts, low-data alerts and expiry reminders;
  • log out your other devices;
  • delete your account.

Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered, because we do not know who you are.
